Since May, 25th 2018 the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in force. For that reason, we need to inform you that we need to collect and store your personal data allowing us to give you access to the Intranet of this Website. Without your agreement this will not be possible, as we need to restrict the content of the Intranet to members of SIOP-RTSG only. In this context we are asking for your name, working address, emailand Phone number. In addition, we will always store the last date you entered the intranet, to know which information you are looking for. This is helpful for us to better support you. We will use this information to be able to provide you with new information from our study group. In case your hospital is participating in a study or trial of SIOP-RTSG further information will be stored, for which you need to sign separate contracts according to the regulations and GCP criteria of clinical trials.
We will store this data as long as we need them to be compliant with all the regulations affecting SIOP-RTSG. If your data are no longer needed we will delete them. You have the right to get knowledge about your stored data and you can ask for editing and deletion of your data at any time. If you are requesting to delete your personal data, we will do so.
